> The Artist and Commisioner must have an in depth conversation of what uses the art will be used for.
> I offer Commercial and Personal use.
> I may refuse to do work for you if I feel I am unable to complete the art or if said commission makes me uncomfortable.
> I am not required to elaborate as to why one might make me uncomfortable.
> Payment must be provided up front before work is to be done.
> If the client wishes to cancel an illustration commission during sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what was paid. This applies only to half body, full body, and chibi illustration commissions. 25% will be refunded for head shot, portrait, and bust illustration commissions.
> If client wishes to cancel order during the color stage they will not be refunded.
> If the client wishes to cancel a Live 2D Model commission during sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what was paid. If canceled any later in the process they will not be refunded.
> All signatures/watermarks on the work must remain intact even after our transaction is finished. Credit is due where credit is needed.
> Do not claim full credit of the artwork. The commissioner does own the art, but they did not make it. I retain rights for artist credit and publication of it.
> You may post the artwork on your social medias as long as proper credit is given. [Rudimation on most social medias)
>Artwork must be properly credited on social media accounts (Ex: Bluesky, Twitch, Youtube, TikTok, etc..)
> I will publish artwork made for you on my social medias unless asked not to beforehand.
> If you have a deadline for the commission please let me know in advance.
> If you are reaching out about an NSFW illustration age verification will be required.
> If you are unresponsive to attempts at communication for 2 weeks or more without any warning, the commission will be considered canceled and a ⊛refund sent minus any work completed.
>Please do not be excessive in asking for updates. The artist is happy to give reasonable updates, but excessive demands may result in a ⊛refund and canceling of the commission.
> Rude, abusive behaviour towards the artist will result in the immediate cancellation of your commission. A ⊛refund will be given minus any work done, and you will be blocked.|⊛Refund ammount depends on level of completion of the piece in that current moment.
